Over the last few months, several in the Tribe have asked how to frame a leadership program for their company. Some of you even asked what you can do on your own if your company will not or cannot invest in leadership.
To help guide you through the complex world of leadership, here is a simple Six Question progression that you should ask yourself as you think about a leadership program.
Take a look! If you have a leadership program, see how close yours answers these Six Questions. If you don’t have a program, I hope this generates some clarity about what is critical to develop robust, effective leaders in your organization.
